Topping Up Prepaid Credit
To use cloud services, prepaid credit is required, which can be topped up using various payment methods.
Cloud resources are available on a "self-service" basis and can be used as soon as sufficient prepaid credit has been added to the account or organization. A preliminary "sales" meeting or a manual quote/order is not required.
Each account and each organization has its own balance. This balance is then available for all projects belonging to that account or organization.
You can top up your prepaid balance right in the "Billing" section of the cloud control panel. If you are a member of one or more organizations, use the drop-down menu in the top-left corner to select the context (i.e., your own account or one of the organizations) to which you want to add credit. Then click "Increase Balance".
The minimum amount per top-up is CHF 10, and the maximum balance is CHF 3'000. Please note: Once purchased, credit cannot be refunded; please top up only as much credit as you intend to use.
If you would like us to state an address other than the registered contract/invoice address on your payment confirmation (e.g., for your expense report), you can enter the desired receipt address before you proceed with the payment.
We accept the following payment methods:
- American Express
- Mastercard
- Visa
- PayPal
- PostFinance Card
- PostFinance E-Finance
- TWINT
- Samsung Pay
Once payment has been processed, an invoice is generated that also shows any applicable value added tax charged. The invoice is sent to you by email and can also be downloaded later from the control panel.
