Cyberlink Ltd, a leading Swiss managed service provider for cloud and connectivity solutions, acquires 40 percent of cloudscale.ch Ltd. With this strategic investment, Cyberlink is strengthening its position in the Swiss cloud market and, together with cloudscale, is expanding its offering with innovative, locally rooted cloud solutions.

The partnership allows Cyberlink to access cloudscale's cloud-native technologies. The cloud infrastructures of cloudscale are based on powerful open source software and offer virtual servers, load balancers and object storage for demanding projects. Customers also benefit from seamless integrations with DevOps tools such as Ansible and Terraform or the ability to manage cloud services directly via a user-friendly control panel or APIs.
