Termination
You can terminate the contract with cloudscale that governs your account or your organization at any time.
We recommend that you keep even temporarily unused accounts and organizations – that way, you will be ready to go again right away if the need arises.
Of course, however, you are free to terminate your contract with us and have your account or your organizations closed. Two points to note:
- You do not need to observe any notice period for termination.
- Any remaining balance will expire.
If you would like us to close your account or organization, please first delete all existing servers, volumes, buckets, and other cloud resources. Then contact our support to have us close the account or organization.
