Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

With regard to the FADP (CH) and the GDPR (EU), cloudscale offers the option of concluding a data processing agreement (DPA).

Customers subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and/or the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) can conclude our data processing agreement (DPA) directly in the cloud control panel:

  • To conclude the DPA for your personal account, open the user menu in the control panel (top right, with your initials) and then go to "Contracts > Data Processing".
  • For an organization, you will find the DPA under "Organizations > (your organization) > Contracts > Data Processing".

To clarify any questions you may have in advance, you can download the DPA directly (currently available in German only).
